What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue opportunities for renting and selling modular buildings within the Federal market
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the division
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturers of modular buildings
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the project life cycle
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a results-driven approach
- Prior experience selling to the Federal Government
- Understanding of Federal procurement processes and facility access security requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in construction or related industries
- Prior experience in the rental industry
- Familiarity with large-scale technical turnkey projects
- Ability to obtain the HCD Commercial Coach Salesperson License within 10 weeks of start date
