What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Choose your sales route and manage an average of 15 appointments per day
- Build rapport with property managers and educate them on services offered
- Assess opportunities for repairs during unit walkthroughs
- Conduct minimal administrative work and prep calls from home
- Collaborate with a dedicated support center for client management assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong rapport-building skills and persistence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No prior industry or sales experience is required; training will be provided
- Must be organized and able to manage a flexible schedule
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or sales (not required but beneficial)
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software
- Background in service-oriented roles
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
