What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage specific accounts and develop, maintain, and grow a core base of annual sales
- Interface with customer service, manufacturing, technology & optimization, and administrative support to meet objectives
- Forecast sales growth and opportunities in collaboration with sales management and regional team members
- Conduct service calls to customer mills for routine inspections and address unscheduled outages
- Promote value-added products and technical services while providing necessary data analysis and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- BS Degree in Engineering preferred or related paper industry experience
- At least 5 years of experience in papermaking preferred
- Ability to travel frequently, primarily by driving, with occasional hotel stays required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service within the paper industry
- Strong background in technical services or product promotion
- Familiarity with account planning and forecasting in a sales environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively
