      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize a consultative sales approach to convert strategic competitive accounts
      - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
      - Complete call reports, service reports, and business reviews as required
      - Ensure account commitments are met throughout the region
      - Service accounts according to agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-Year Technical Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
      - Previous industrial sales experience, specifically in water treatment sales
      - Excellent communication skills
      - Demonstrated sales experience with a valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
      - Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

      - Familiarity with the water treatment industry and its technologies
      - Proven track record of converting competitive accounts
