What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal services, providing compassionate guidance
- Qualify and convert leads by assessing client needs and communicating the value of legal services
- Schedule attorney consultations and ensure clients feel supported throughout the intake process
- Meet and exceed sales goals by driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and complete administrative tasks efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a client-facing role, preferably in legal, financial services, or high-touch customer service
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills to build trust and overcome objections
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; HubSpot experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking and Creole-speaking, will have a competitive advantage
- Experience in sales within law firms, insurance, or medical services is a plus
- Ability to work independently while fostering good relationships with colleagues
