      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs.
      - Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
      - Represent the employer brand and connect customers with suitable insurance products.
      - Adapt to various work environments and schedules while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
      - Participate in paid training and achieve a Property & Casualty Insurance license.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
      - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales.
      - Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers.
      - Proficient analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
      - Property and Casualty License required after hire.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
      - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
      - Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional workspace for remote work.
