What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with municipal leaders, architects, school districts, early childhood providers, housing developers, and community organizations
- Present customized proposals, designs, and project plans that align with customer goals, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct 10-15 in-person sales meetings per week throughout Indiana; occasional evening meetings and strategic travel required
- Manage a healthy pipeline of current accounts while actively prospecting for new opportunities
- Serve as a post-sale advocate for clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and long-term partnership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work independently and maintain a disciplined schedule
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Comfortable presenting in front of small groups
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of playground design and installation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous playground sales experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of community engagement strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
