What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate, develop, and implement market strategies and business goals for assigned lines of business
- Drive revenue growth within the assigned region, consistently exceeding company targets
- Attend business development and regional sales meetings to enhance communication and knowledge sharing
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions in Beacon/Salesforce
- Provide technical expertise for the planning and execution of the assigned line of business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Services Sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook programs and experience with Salesforce
- In-depth understanding of market conditions and competitor capabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- B.S./B.A. degree in Environmental Science or Business Management is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Chemical Cleaning Sales
- Familiarity with strategic pricing based on market knowledge
