What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct initial and follow-up sales calls to prospective and current customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Articulate the features and benefits of Ostomy, Urology, and ancillary product lines
- Track daily production and submit sales logs to the direct supervisor
- Maintain departmental call volume requirements while adhering to compliance standards
- Assist customers with their orders and related inquiries, providing excellent service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of medical work or related experience
- Strong communication skills, including experience with internet chat, email, and click-to-call software
- Attention to detail in maintaining customer accounts and follow-up processes
- Ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere and assist team members as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service within the medical field
- Familiarity with Medicare guidelines and HIPAA compliance
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a previous role
- Knowledge of medical supply equipment and its use and maintenance
