      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and close high-value media partnerships to grow the employer's revenue
      - Generate a consistent flow of qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting
      - Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to align the employer's solutions with prospect growth objectives
      - Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecast status in pipeline management tools
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role
      - Proven track record of closing deals in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and their impact on client growth strategies
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including writing compelling cold emails and conducting persuasive calls
      - Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Pipedrive, and strong follow-through in pipeline management
