What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute sales strategies and manage a sales pipeline for High-Dosage and On-Demand Tutoring programs
- Conduct discovery sessions with districts to understand instructional goals and funding strategies
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of tutoring programs
- Prepare pricing proposals and respond to RFPs and state-level bid opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to ensure effective implementation of tutoring programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of successful sales experience in the education market, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- 2–5+ years of B2B or institutional sales experience, preferably in K–12 or EdTech
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with school districts, charters, or academic intervention programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with proven closing abilities
- Familiarity with high-dosage tutoring research and its impact on student outcomes
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel as needed
