      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for the employer's medical products and procedures, instilling confidence in surgeons and operating room staff
      - Develop new customer relationships through strategic prospecting and follow-up on company-generated leads
      - Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons, including didactic and cadaveric sessions
      - Foster strong relationships with key account personnel to support selling, market development, and clinical events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience
      - Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time
      - Experience supporting surgeons in emergency/operating room environments for successful patient outcomes
      - Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements
      - Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy
