      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed sales quotas while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
      - Promote key products and services within the assigned territory
      - Develop strong working relationships with marketing, technical support, and customer support teams
      - Conduct cold calls to potential new customers to expand the customer base
      - Submit timely reports including call/travel reports and territory analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Authorized to work in the U.S.
      - Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum five (5) years of cold call sales experience preferred
      - Proven track record of teamwork and effective relationship building
      - Must maintain a valid driver's license and provide a reliable vehicle for travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
      - Knowledge of sports and associated equipment
      - Sales experience in the sporting goods business
      - Proficiency in SAP
      - Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
