What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate profitable business from a range of equipment within the assigned territory
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain existing customer relationships
- Leverage cold-calling and closing skills to expand the customer portfolio
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service for customers
- Contribute to building the national branding identity of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
- Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
