What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer’s value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
- Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges to establish the employer as the best solution
- Overcome objections and successfully close sales
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Continually source new sales opportunities and develop marketing plans for new customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Alabama Real Estate License required
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during the day or at night
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and move up to 25 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with CRM software
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual
