      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Proficiency in MS Office and ability to utilize sales applications on various devices
      - Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
      - Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and ability to work in a moderate noise environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
      - Familiarity with CRM software
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills
      - Highly motivated with a positive attitude
      - Licensure varies by state and may be advantageous
