What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the sales process while providing exceptional customer service
- Effectively communicate the employer's value proposition and product vision to potential customers
- Source new sales opportunities and maintain an accurate database of prospects
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish new customer relationships
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to enhance goodwill and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive during the day or night
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to utilize sales applications on various devices
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Regular exposure to outside weather conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience or knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude
