What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively communicate the employer’s value proposition and product capabilities to potential customers
- Identify and understand customer goals and challenges, establishing the employer as the best solution
- Overcome objections and secure sales
- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
- Network and perform outreach to realtors, expanding the database of prospects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive during the day or night
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to utilize sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience and knowledge of the homebuilding industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic attitude
- Licensing requirements may vary by state
