      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed sales targets for core product lines to maintain profitability
      - Identify and communicate industry trends and customer requirements to enhance market positioning
      - Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional post-sale support
      - Utilize long-term contracts and purchase agreements to secure competitive advantages
      - Conduct product trials and provide feedback to the technical team for product development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical specialty field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in value selling techniques
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or competitive role
      - Strong technical knowledge to assist customers effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a technical sales role within the chemical industry
      - Proven track record of successful customer relationship management
      - Familiarity with product trials and technical troubleshooting processes
      - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
