What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow sales for engineered pumps, parts, and services within the assigned territory
- Develop new and existing customer relationships through consultative and solution selling
- Deliver sales presentations to demonstrate service and upgrade capabilities
- Maintain electronic quote logs and provide monthly reports to sales management
- Collaborate with the Pump Repair & Overhaul Service Center to enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 to 5 years of technical sales experience in rotating equipment
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pump and system drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP & quoting software, and web-based systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience selling rotating equipment repair and upgrade services
- Knowledge of industries such as Steel Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Chemical
- Strong planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Experience in selling Service/Aftermarket, New Equipment, and Spare Parts
