What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell the complete product portfolio of the employer, including JuneShine and other brands
- Own and develop your designated territory, focusing on Nashville and surrounding areas
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts to drive distribution and meet sales goals
- Execute tastings, promotions, events, and ride-alongs to enhance brand visibility and support distributor initiatives
- Track and report on sales metrics, successes, and opportunities to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
- State-specific alcohol certification required by the start date
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in alcohol beverage sales
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Must be based in Nashville with reliable transportation and capable of weekly travel throughout the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in beverage, THC, or CPG sales
- Established distributor relationships within the Nashville market
- Experience managing large, multi-city territories
- Experience in supporting National Account execution
