      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement territory plans to drive business growth and meet sales objectives
      - Identify and pursue end-user targets and project opportunities through a structured sales funnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for business growth
      - Results-driven with strong organizational skills and effective follow-through
      - Excellent communication skills, including effective presentation abilities
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record

      - Experience in the construction tools or fasteners industry
      - Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and applications
      - Demonstrated ability to build trust and gain commitment from clients and stakeholders
