      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive annual territory plan to identify and pursue sales growth opportunities
      - Conduct professional prospecting of new business and make sales presentations to dealers and contractors
      - Train dealers, builders, and contractors on the proper application and installation of product lines
      - Manage expenses within established budgets to maximize profitability
      - Complete required reports and analyses in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's Degree or previous trade school training is preferred
      - Some knowledge of the building industry is preferred
      - Working knowledge of computers (PC) including Microsoft Office
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to lift, reach, stoop, and climb with weights in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience is preferred but not required
      - Strong influence and persuasion skills
      - Ability to demonstrate high levels of customer focus
      - Knowledge of current industry trends and their application to sales opportunities
