      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and develop relationships with accounts by visiting customer sites and engaging through various communication channels
      - Execute sales strategy and generate sales reports while identifying opportunities to increase sales volume
      - Drive new business development by managing territory and maximizing customer visits
      - Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and interactions effectively
      - Plan and forecast objectives and Key Performance Indicators for assigned territory/accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BSc or equivalent education
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex sales environment with a solution-based selling approach, plus 1 year of leadership experience
      - Proven track record of sales success and experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in a scientific or laboratory setting
      - Demonstrated capability to utilize effective selling processes and technology platforms, including CRM Tools
      - Mandatory attendance of appropriate sales training programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the VWR product and service portfolio
      - Experience in a fast-paced, targeted environment with high team interaction
      - Ability to speak multiple languages in addition to English
      - Understanding of buyer behaviors and relationship types
      - Strong negotiation skills for large account pricing strategies and contracts
