What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and retain a quality client base through acquisition and maintenance of business
- Build and expand client relationships while securing new orders from customers
- Assess client needs and implement tailored plans to meet those needs
- Actively participate in real estate industry functions and community events
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and support sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of successful experience in the residential title or real estate industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
