What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying revenue opportunities and prospective clients through various outreach methods
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to qualify leads and drive them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including call notes and scheduled interactions
- Continuously build knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments
- Respond to customer requests for information and deliver online presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or related fields
- Strong understanding of the merchant payment industry
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage expectations
- Effective communication skills and ability to establish long-lasting customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B2B sales experience and proficiency in cold calling
- Demonstrated successful performance in previous sales roles
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically SalesForce.com
