      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division's fleet of equipment
      - Cater to the Commercial market segment, serving various industries including construction, healthcare, and event management
      - Leverage project management and customer retention skills to drive new business development
      - Prepare and deliver presentations and business reviews to management
      - Collaborate with a team to support customer needs and ensure satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry
      - Strong project management skills and ability to develop new business
      - Effective communication and presentation skills
      - Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, squatting, lifting 25 pounds or more
      - Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in power generation and testing equipment
      - Experience in similar roles such as Account Development Manager, Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager
      - Proven track record of successful customer retention and new business development
