What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Market and sell the employer's entire Group Benefits portfolio, including Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Absence, and Supplemental Health products
- Build and maintain broker relationships to drive sales and client retention
- Develop and implement tactical sales strategies to meet personal production expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
- Act as a market leader, sharing thought leadership and maintaining strong community relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years of group insurance sales experience or a combination of related experience
- Knowledge of relevant industry products and processes, including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and integrity in a fast-paced environment
- Must achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire and maintain it through Continuing Education
