      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage equipment sales/rental opportunities in the construction and deep foundations industry
      - Identify early-stage construction opportunities and build customer relationships
      - Create detailed equipment proposals and quotes based on project requirements
      - Conduct regular site visits to active projects and network with decision-makers
      - Collaborate with the national sales team and participate in trade shows and industry events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record
      - Minimum of two years of technical sales experience, preferably in heavy construction
      - Ability to travel up to 50% during the first six months
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Office
      - Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Geotech, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
      - Experience or knowledge of the foundation and shoring industries
      - Previous heavy equipment sales experience
      - Technical background related to construction projects
