      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the branch/region
      - Establish and maintain relationships with customers through various communication methods
      - Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and offer suitable solutions
      - Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to build relationships and match products to customer needs
      - Achieve and exceed sales quotas and goals, while maintaining accurate records in the division’s database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of outside sales experience
      - Proven experience in prospecting and generating new customer leads
      - Strong negotiation and closing skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other customer databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in the construction or rental industries
