What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase profits for the branch/region
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person visits
- Demonstrate product knowledge to answer customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions
- Close customer deals through leads generated from prospecting efforts
- Collaborate with sales team members and operations staff to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in both inside and outside sales preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other customer databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in construction or related industries
- Prior experience in the rental industry
