What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts to increase branch profits
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person visits
- Demonstrate product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Engage in high-volume outbound calls to establish and nurture customer relationships
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a mix of inside and outside sales
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills in verbal, written, and email formats
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and customer databases

- Experience in construction or related industries
- Background in the rental industry
