What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and maintain a variety of cranes and rigging equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to execute lifting operations efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Document maintenance and operational records accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in crane operation or rigging
- Valid crane operator certification
- Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations in the crane industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with various types of cranes, including hydraulic and lattice boom cranes
- Additional certifications in rigging or safety training
- Familiarity with industry software and technology
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
