What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account personnel to support selling and market development
- Provide product training for surgeons in both didactic and cadaveric settings
- Act as a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products and procedures
- Strategically develop new customers through prospecting and following up on leads
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience
- Ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and overnight travel up to 20% of the time
- Willingness to support surgeons in emergency and operating room environments
- Commitment to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements
- Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance policy
