      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, close, and onboard high-value media partnerships to drive performance marketing outcomes
      - Generate qualified outbound leads through multi-channel prospecting within your first 30 days
      - Conduct at least 12 discovery calls per month to align solutions with prospects' growth objectives
      - Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in Pipedrive with weekly updates
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale transitions and long-term client success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying outbound sales role
      - Proven track record of closing deals in B2B media, performance marketing, affiliate, or SaaS environments
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, LTV)
      - Excellent outbound communication skills, including the ability to write compelling cold emails
      - Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive and strong follow-through in pipeline management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing and managing media partnerships
      - Familiarity with various outbound sales strategies and techniques
      - Ability to iterate on sales methodologies based on feedback and performance metrics
      - Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a focus on value-driven conversations
