What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and monthly forecast goals
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and build a comprehensive territory plan

- Handle pricing and contract negotiations with potential clients
- Present technology solutions effectively without the aid of a Sales Engineer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas
- Highly proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs
- Experience working with enterprise accounts in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct field experience in selling SaaS solutions
- Background in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry
