What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and monthly forecast goals
- Build and manage a comprehensive territory plan
- Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools to drive new business
- Handle pricing and contract negotiations with clients
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present technology solutions independently
- Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas
- Highly proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Docs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HCM industry-related experience
- BA/BS degree recommended
- Excellent telephone sales personality skills and expertise in CRM software solutions
