      Job Summary

      Under direct supervision, associate will be the interface between DENSO and multiple customers within DENSO’s Heavy Duty Sales Department.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with existing and new customers; maintain and build positive internal and external relationships
      • Work with cross-functional teams within the DENSO organization
      • Respond to customer inquiries
      • Follow up on and track open issues with customers regularly for ongoing items; review request for quotation (RFQ) materials and related information
      • Negotiate piece price, tooling, development, cost recovery, and delivery timing within limits of authority
      • Accurately develop and execute sales plans with management support
      • Perform price maintenance within internal systems
      • Ensure PO issuance, accuracy, and payment collection
      • Follow contract review processes
      • May support the investigation and quotation of new business expansion opportunities
      • May support profit tracking and profit improvement initiatives
      • Propose and implement continuous improvement activities to improve efficiencies within their daily job tasks
      • Performs other duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Engineering, or related field.
      • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
      • Preferred previous experience in the automotive industry.

      Salary Range: $64,000-$80,000.
