Job Description
- Req#: SALES007604
- Visually inspect all rental equipment provided to clients; Inspect all gear brought in by a client;
- Use excellent customer relations.
- Clearly communicating the details of services and products offered.
- Perform safety checks of climbing wall as well as notifying all maintenance issues to the Manager, Closing Supervisor, Lead Instructor, or Operations Manager.
- Conduct orientation for new members, provide tours for new or potential members.
- Employee will also work as receptionist while answering phones and emails, as well as social media questions from members or potential members;
- Ensure facility is in the best possible condition, reporting all maintenance issues as soon as possible, regularly cleaning equipment and facility.
- Must maintain necessary certifications as required in the Employment Standards below.
- Perform any other duties as directed by management.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR SALES STAFF:
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR SALES STAFF: Microsoft office knowledge; excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES STAFF: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
