What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales staff
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and optimize sales enablement materials
- Maintain an organized repository of all sales tools and resources
- Analyze sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Track and report on the impact of enablement programs through performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or direct sales
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful training and process optimization programs
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with instructional design or training facilitation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
