      ROLE DESCRIPTION

      As a Sales Support Executive at OnTheMarket, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth contract processing, handling customer inquiries, and supporting various sales-related activities. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively across departments will contribute significantly to our sales success and customer satisfaction.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Review and process contracts received via Docusign, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place.

      • Verify contract details against Companies House records and update customer accounts in Zoho CRM accurately.

      • Assist customers and internal stakeholders with queries related to contracts, account updates, novations, acquisitions, and more.

      • Manage inbound queries through email channels such as INFO@ and PRODUCTS@, forwarding queries to relevant teams as needed.

      • Utilize CRM systems (Zoho) and contract management tools to update contract information, track contract stages, and maintain accurate records.

      • Maintain contract-related documentation and notes in Zoho CRM for reference and compliance purposes.

      • Process product-related contracts and amendments, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and communication with relevant teams.

      • Assist in product cancellations, invoice queries, credit requests, and other product-related tasks as required.

      • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining filing systems.

      • Collaborate with the finance team to manage credit card expenditure reconciliation and other financial processes.

      • Collaborate with different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Travel, Fleet, and Finance to support business operations and initiatives.

      • Handle department-specific tasks such as travel bookings, fleet management, office equipment orders, and business card requests.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Previous experience in sales support, contract processing, or customer service roles preferred but not essential.

      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

      • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM), Docusign, and Microsoft Office Suite preferable.

      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.

      • Analytical mindset for data entry, report generation, and problem-solving.

      • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

      • Knowledge of real estate or property industry practices and terminology is a plus.

      • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
