What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Be the primary driver of the bottom of the funnel, including follow-up and client assistance
- Oversee Loan Advisor (LA) requests and own post-sale deals to completion
- Act as the primary customer point of contact post-sale and escalate loan/product issues as needed
- Monitor and resubmit daily declines while managing an active pipeline to move deals forward
- Support completion of ad hoc manager tasks and additional loan advisor tasks as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years prior loan processing experience
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Computer literacy and adaptability with multiple software programs
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with loan processing software and financial regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
