What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and maintain sales enablement materials, process documentation, and competitive analysis
- Document sales motion using MEDDIC methodology and support reps in its effective use
- Manage and maintain enablement tools, CRM workflows, and ICP data
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership on rollout plans and feedback loops
- Create and deliver enablement assets, including training materials and presentation decks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years in a sales enablement administrative role
- Experience with enablement platforms or onboarding frameworks such as Gong, Highspot, or Salesforce
- Strong writing and presentation skills for creating engaging content
- Experience managing a tech stack to support sales forecasting and productivity
- Analytical and organized mindset with a collaborative approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Autobound, ZoomInfo, and Loom
- Eagerness to build scalable systems and improve sales processes
