      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents regarding technical issues and account management
      - Upsell real estate agents' memberships to enhance their access to qualified leads
      - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Equator platform
      - Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in an Inside Sales or Client Account Management role, preferably in Real Estate Services or Cloud-based Web Services
      - Proven customer service and sales experience with expertise in handling objections and escalations
      - Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com, Zendesk) or Ticketing Tracking systems
      - A proactive "Hunter" mentality focused on lead generation and meeting sales goals
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the real estate industry or related technology services
      - Familiarity with generating and qualifying leads in a sales environment
      - Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
      - Experience in conducting product demonstrations or training sessions
      - Ability to participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
