      Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated new graduates to join us in 2024 September!

      Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program, you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

      Tetra Pak Ingredients Centre of Expertise – a leading supplier of ingredients & consumables for the ice cream industry and other food categories – is looking for a Sales Support Specialist, who will help our Sales Drivers and market operations ensuring delivery of high-quality ingredients and consumables to our external customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers. You will have cooperation with our organization in Denmark, Brazil and China as well as suppliers and Tetra Pak sales offices globally.
      The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark
      You will be travelling approx. 10-20% of your time.

      What you will do

      As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

      • Support on Ingredients & Consumables Sales
      • Execute administrative activities in own area of responsibility, delivering high-quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction
      • Interface between market and suppliers when it comes to sample coordination, prices, technical questions or any other document/information requirement
      • Participate in the preparation of promotional material sending to market operations and to customers
      • Special tasks and independent projects with suppliers and customers related to the improvement of our business
      • Participate in strong collaboration between service administration teams to provide continuous effective administration and backup solutions
      • Participate in continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices related to service administration

      We believe you have

      • Recently completed (in 2022 or 2023) your studies in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Global Business Engineering (or similar), or will be doing so soon (in 2024)
      • A solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks.
      • Strong analytical and commercial mind-set
      • A true finisher and have the ability to work independently.
      • A team player with outstanding communication skills.
      • Experience from studies or work abroad is considered as an advantage.
      • Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Danish language skills as a benefit
      • You are located in Denmark
