      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and helpful service
      - Enter and manage customer orders and information accurately in the internal database
      - Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat
      - Address and resolve common customer issues regarding order status, pricing, and shipping
      - Provide basic reports on pending and past purchase history to customers and the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong client-facing and communication skills, including excellent oral and written abilities
      - Associate Degree in Business Communications or related field, or equivalent education/experience
      - At least one year of experience working directly with customers, preferably in a B2B sales model
      - Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
      - Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Oracle Enterprise Business System
      - Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets
      - Ability to perform basic math calculations to verify product pricing
