What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Confer with travel agents and customers via phone or electronically to provide accurate product and service information
- Assist clients with opening claims and provide guidance on best courses of action for events
- Manage claims status checks and answer questions regarding claim forms and documentation
- Serve as the primary Sales Support representative for major account calls and emails
- Respond to general emails and voicemails, and assist in defusing service issues or complaints

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
- Experience in an insurance company or agency is a significant advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish
- General travel knowledge from personal or professional experience
