Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

- Process and track sales orders for core products
- Alter sales orders and shipping data as needed
- Issue sales contracts
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to Sales & Marketing management
- Provide offload instructions with Logistics on core products
- Communicate with customers to provide shipment updates, invoicing information, answer general questions and address any other concerns they may have
- Create and maintain sales forecasting
- Track production versus overall sales forecasts
- Act as liaison between inter-company departments and over-seas sales staff in Asia.
- Track and maintain credit limit insurance
- Track and maintain sales agreement database
- Monitor inventory of core products
- Update and distribute inventory reports
- Assist with Roe auction by communicating with customers, preparing bid sheets and processing orders
- Other duties as assigned
- General knowledge of domestic and international business practices
- Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to multitask
- Good time management and organization skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Perform well in a team environment
- Bilingual/English/Japanese a plus

Competencies/Skills Required
Education/Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business or related discipline
2-3 years of industry experience in a sale environment
Moderate to expert knowledge of MS office products
Work Schedule
Anticipated hours are:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Occasional overtime and irregular hours required
Compensation range: $56,000 - 70,000 DOE
