      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage planning and execution of sales events, including site selection and contract coordination
      - Act as a liaison for cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and human resources
      - Compile performance data and share insights with senior sales leadership
      - Coordinate the meeting calendar, travel arrangements, and expense report reconciliations for senior leaders
      - Oversee monthly U.S. Sales Employee meetings, providing technical support and managing slide presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five or more years of experience in a sales support or event planning role
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Proven ability to interact with leaders and employees in a fast-paced environment
      - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

      - Experience in supporting commercial and sales functions within a medical device company
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
      - Demonstrated adaptability to changes and competing demands in the work environment
