- Contacting our new customers to review their account set-up. This includes helping them become familiar with our Company and reviewing their first invoice
- Pro-actively reaching out to both prospects and existing customers to promote our company and/or industry events
- Assisting sales with managing sales leads (including but not limited to: responding to initial inquiries, maintaining the sales database, and assisting in assigning leads to other Sales team members)
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Strong customer service abilities
- Strong Word and Excel skills
- Comfortable talking with others on the phone
- Organized and can meet all deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- The position is Full-Time based out of Williamstown, New Jersey
- Hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Some travel for association events may be requested
